Photos you upload

When you upload a selfie, we process it only to generate your haircut preview and Salon Brief. That is the sole purpose of the upload.

We do not sell your photos and we do not use them to train our own models. To generate a preview, your photo is sent to our third-party AI image provider (KIE), which processes it under its own terms and retention policy.

How long we keep images

We do not keep a library of your uploads on our own servers. Your photo and the generated preview are held by our AI provider for as long as its retention policy allows, and we cannot guarantee when they are deleted there.

You can request deletion of your account and any data we hold at any time by contacting us.

Information we collect

Account data (such as email) if you sign up or buy credits; basic, privacy-respecting usage analytics to improve the product; and payment metadata handled by our payment processors and merchants of record, Creem (creem.io) and Waffo (waffo.ai) — we never see or store your full card details.

Guest accounts

You can try the product and buy credits without signing in. We then create a guest account that is recognised only by a cookie in your browser (kept for up to one year while you use it). We do not ask for a name or email for it.

After a purchase, the email address you type at the payment page is linked to the guest account so you can find your credits again by signing in with Google using that email. A photo you picked is also kept inside your own browser for up to 24 hours so that you do not have to upload it again after paying; it is not sent to us until you generate a preview. Guest accounts that never made a purchase and hold no credits are deleted after 30 days.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep the app working and, where permitted, limited analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Advertising & third-party cookies

We use third-party advertising, including Google AdSense, to support the site. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) lets it and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits here and/or other sites.

You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings (google.com/settings/ads) or aboutads.info/choices. See Google’s advertising policies at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland we request consent before setting non-essential (including advertising) cookies.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. We honor these requests for all users.
