Refund & Cancellation Policy

Merchant of record

Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our merchant of record and authorized reseller. Creem — not Short Haircuts AI — appears as the seller on your card or bank statement and handles billing, applicable taxes, and payment support.

What you're buying

We sell credits used to generate AI haircut previews (one try-on uses 10 credits). Plans are described on the Pricing page. The Lite and Pro plans are recurring subscriptions; the Credit Pack is a one-time purchase.

Subscriptions & auto-renewal

Lite and Pro are subscriptions that automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you chose) at the then-current price, until you cancel. Each renewal grants a fresh allocation of credits for the new cycle.

You authorize Creem to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime from your account page or from the Creem customer portal linked in your purchase receipt. Cancellation stops all future renewals.

When you cancel, you keep access and any remaining credits until the end of the period you've already paid for; we don't charge you again after that.

Refunds

Subscriptions: if you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full, provided the credits from that charge are substantially unused (up to one try-on / 10 credits). After that window, or once credits are used, charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel to avoid future renewals.

Credit Pack (one-time): refundable in full within 14 days of purchase if the credits are unused.

To request a refund, email support@shorthaircuts.net with the email on your account and your order or receipt details. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Creem, typically within 5–10 business days.

Credit validity

Monthly subscription credits are valid for about 30 days; yearly subscription credits are valid for about 365 days; one-time Credit Pack credits never expire. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next cycle.
